Adelanto Grand Prix 2009 February 21st & 22nd Adelanto, CA 2009 Results See the current news section for updates and important info! Important Notes for Adelanto 2009 Racers: -ALL RIDERS MUST USE THE NUMBERS SUPPLIED TO THEM BY DVMC. You will receive these at sign ups. (See FAQ) -3 sets of numbers will be supplied and required on each bike/quad. -Each rider must make sure they are scored at each check point (i.e. numbers are on and readable). -Quads must display each set of numbers in ONE location (i.e. on a number plate and not separated). Numbers are only one sticker. -ALL bikes must fit within the engine size requirements on certain races (i.e NO 250 4st in the 125 Class). Check out the FAQ Section -Class sizes at Adelanto are fixed and will not be expanded once they reach their capacity. The number of riders entered in each class will be posted after pre-entry closes. -Minors MUST have their parents sign a Minor Release Form on race weekend at sign ups in addition to the Release on the entry form -Team Races: Each team member must also sign a release. Mail them in with your entries or plan on stopping by sign ups with your teammates to sign. -Pre-Entrants stop by sign up to pick up your numbers and instructions (Separate Line). -View the Trail Bike Beginner Rules -Please check out the FAQ Section Some facts about Adelanto... The Adelanto Grand Prix is a closed racecourse! No Red or Green Sticker limitations! FREE ADMISSION: It won't cost you anything to watch the greatest off-road Grand Prix in the US! The Saturday Pro-Race offers a $15,000 purse! The Pro Quad Race offers a $2,000 Purse The Team Pro Race offers a $3,000 Purse! You won't want to miss the famous triple, mud jump and over-under! All your favorite industry vendors will be represented! DVMC and The City of Adelanto welcome the off-road race enthusiasts and prepares for this event all year long! You will definitely feel welcome in Adelanto and take home memories that will last you a lifetime. It's not just an event, it's a happening! The first race begins at 7:30 am on Saturday and races continue throughout the weekend. |
